The key prerequisite for VanillaIP Reseller Accreditation is one days training.

It is also expected that the Reseller will deploy VanillaIP, to some extent, in their business. Training will have different emphasis depending on the Reseller background, but broadly speaking, Billing, Provisioning, Deployment Scenarios and Sales Techniques will be the focus.

VanillaIP Accreditation Training is a three day, instructor led course in our training facility. The course is split into Sales, Admin and Engineering days to allow the appropriate staff to attend.

We will generate the Reseller’s own web admin portal and VanillaIP Extranet log-ons.
