The key prerequisite for VanillaIP Reseller Accreditation is three days training.

It is also expected that the Reseller will deploy VanillaIP, to some extent, in their business. Training will have different emphasis depending on the Reseller background, but broadly speaking, Billing, Provisioning, Deployment Scenarios and Sales Techniques will be the focus.

VanillaIP Accreditation Training is a three day, instructor led course in our Bury St Edmonds training facility. The course is split into Sales, Admin and Engineering days to allow the appropriate staff to attend. The Training is £2,995 + VAT and includes handsets, applications and demo licenses. £1,5000 + VAT is returned to the Reseller as a rebate on licences sold

We will generate the Reseller’s own web admin portal and VanillaIP Extranet log-ons.
