To offer you total flexibility in bundling our services to your customers, we now offer a range of interchangeable billing models. Customers that have service on Prepay can still take additional Rental licences. Equally, Rental customers could move to Prepay to take advantage of licence discounts
Rental Licences
All VanillaIP services, including WLR3 circuits booked through our Provisioning Portal, can be ceased with 30 days notice. There is no term contract. This has obvious appeal for customers who have seasonal peaks or scale their workforce depending on projects. It also gives some customers a feel good factor that they have the freedom to disconnect should their circumstances change
Pre-Pay Licences
A Prepay option can mirror contracts for other services that the Reseller Partner is providing the customer, so there is some logic to tying these together. For some Resellers Prepay may also work better with sales commission structures than an ongoing revenue model. What ever the case, Prepay offers accredited Resellers attractive discount off their VanillaIP trade price. It is up to the Reseller how much, if any, of this discount is passed to the customer
