Uboss Portal Feature Request of the Quarter Winners Announced!

Winners from Quarter 4 2025: 

David Alderton – DuoCall Communications Limited & Carl Saunders – Zen Internet Limited 
Every so often we will get similar requests from our resellers, this quarter both David and Carl have requested that the Uboss Wallboard show outbound ACD analytics. Currently the wallboard concentrates on providing inbound statistics and with Premium Call Centres we will be able to show outbound call information. As a reminder, the Uboss Wallboard is currently free of charge until the 1st of April 2026. 

Nathan Pretorius – Leverstock Limited 
When a service requires a holiday schedule, there is usually administration work around changing the audio announcements to notify customers that there is a change to the operating hours. Nathan has a great suggestion for Uboss to be able to automate the change to a new announcement during the holiday schedule and then to move it back to the original announcement once the schedule has been completed.
