Winners from the first quarter or 2025:

Craig Baxter – Duocall Limited

Configuring and managing services within Uboss is already very user-friendly, however, there is always room for improvement. Craig has asked for a better way to be able to view which users are members of group calling services such hunt groups and call centres. We will look to implement a solution to make this as simple as possible.

Carl Saunders – Zen Internet Limited 

Carl has requested the ability for an easier way to interact with the reporting data from Uboss to be able to manipulate this in platforms such as Microsoft Power BI. This will give customers more control over their data outside the already powerful reporting functionality of Uboss.
