Partner Own Services

Bring your own value-added services into the VanillaIP ecosystem 

VanillaIP is built for Partners who want flexibility. Our platform allows you to incorporate your own services, or third-party solutions, alongside the extensive services provided by VanillaIP, creating a tailored portfolio that reflects your business model. 

This approach enables differentiation, margin control, and long-term customer ownership. Many services, whether a Partner’s own or VanillaIP’s, can be combined into defined packages that can be enabled and billed as a single instance.
VanillaIP supports two types of services enablement as follows:

API Enabled 3rd-Party Services 

VanillaIP supports specific API-enabled integration of third-party services, including Microsoft 365.  This allows the Partner to manage the commercial relationship with the vendor but fully automate the deployment of services and billing, if required, through the Uboss portal 

This approach enables a broader, more competitive service portfolio without platform fragmentation, key benefits include:-  

  • API enablement of services 24x7.

  • Workflow automation.

  • Inclusion within Bespoke Packaging of services to give market differentiation.

Swivel Chair Services 

VanillaIP enables Partners to deliver their own manually managed or bespoke services alongside automated UCaaS offerings. This flexibility allows Partners to differentiate, maintain margin and retain customer ownership.  Swivel chair services can coexist seamlessly with core VanillaIP products. Key benefits include:- 

  • Allows any service type to be enabled, ceased and billed via Uboss. 

  • Allows full Client self-service or Partner provisioning teams if providing managed services. 

  • Fully integrates with Uboss Tickets to provide Audit tracking of swivel Chair requests 

  • No need to wait for 3rd Party SDR files before billing means service can be billed 1st month
