This approach enables differentiation, margin control, and long-term customer ownership. Many services, whether a Partner’s own or VanillaIP’s, can be combined into defined packages that can be enabled and billed as a single instance.
VanillaIP supports two types of services enablement as follows:
API Enabled 3rd-Party Services
VanillaIP supports specific API-enabled integration of third-party services, including Microsoft 365. This allows the Partner to manage the commercial relationship with the vendor but fully automate the deployment of services and billing, if required, through the Uboss portal

Swivel Chair Services
VanillaIP enables Partners to deliver their own manually managed or bespoke services alongside automated UCaaS offerings. This flexibility allows Partners to differentiate, maintain margin and retain customer ownership. Swivel chair services can coexist seamlessly with core VanillaIP products. Key benefits include:-
